You have 2 sets of keys to the flat: 

• The large key opens the flat door.
• There’s a small round key that’s for the bottom door in the street. You have 2 entrances – the main one for the Promenade and the one that provides access through the block’s car park by Nostra Senyora del Carme street.

On 1 set of keys only you’ll also find:

• One key with a green label that’s for the access door to the car park by the stairs
• The remote control.
• A long, black plastic key that opens the garage door if the remote control isn’t working.

The apartment is small but highly functional. It has a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and cooker. They’re easy to use. The fridge is always at number 1, but you can make it colder according to the amount of food in it. If you have any doubts about how it works, please ask us.

The dining room window blind is automatic. You’ll find the wall-mounted switch on the right-hand side for raising or lowering it as needed. Outside on the terrace there’s an awning, which is worked by a crank. You’ll find the handle on the terrace.

The small bedroom has 2 beds, one below the other and easy to fold. Outside on the small terrace is the washing machine and a cupboard holding cleaning utensils.

 The bedroom windows have blinds. Next to these there are belts for lowering and raising them as needed.

Watch out for the draught. If you have the bedroom and dining room windows open, they’ll create an air current that can cause the doors to close abruptly.

Be careful!

To get to the car park from no. 49 Nostra Senyora del Carme street, go straight along that street to its end. There you’ll come to a small roundabout. Go round it and carry straight on for about 60 metres, then turn into the next street on the left and go straight along it for about 500 metres until you can only turn left. 50 metres further on, you’ll see the garage door on the left. We’ve added a map and photos so you can see it more clearly. The parking space is at the first flat, number 49.

In front of the hotel “Els Pins”, leaving through the door that leads to the garage, you will find from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., a module with the different containers to collect and recycle waste.
